INGREDIENTS
Salad
½ cucumber cut lengthwise julienne
¼ cup shredded carrots
½ bunch cilantro chopped
1tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs honey
1 tbs fresh ginger minced
1tbs lemon juice
Sandwich
1 can of FinerFin Tuna 3 Bean Salad
Microgreens
Mayo
2 sliders buns
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large salad bowl mix all the ingredients for the salad, let it sit for at least 10 minutes to marinate the flavors. Once the salad is marinated start building the sliders.
Slice the buns, add a layer of mayo on each bottom side, and ½ can of FinerFin Tuna 3 Bean Salad for each slider. Top with the salad and some microgreens. Add the other side of the bun and enjoy immediately.
