½ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs corn starch or flour
1 tbs honey
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbs powdered ginger
1 can of FinerFin Spicy Chili Tuna
1 cup broccoli and cauliflower flowerets
1 cup carrots chips
1 cup snow peas
1 cup of baby Bela sliced mushrooms
Mix all the ingredients for the stir fry sauce in a bowl and set aside.
In a large skillet add 1 tbs of oil, start adding the vegetables with the ones that need longer cooking time. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and snow peas. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.
Add the stir fry sauce, mix and cover again cooking for another 5 minutes. Add the 1 can of FinerFin Spicy Chili Tuna and fold until all combined.
Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles.
